Description
Single Jacket All-Dielectric Self-Supporting (ADSS) fiber optic Cable
is suitable for use on aerial distribution and high voltage transmission lines. There are no metallic components and the cable does not require a support or messenger wire. Single jacket ADSS cables are a single jacket design intended for the shorter pole-to-pole span lengths in a distribution environment.
Application
1. Self-support Aerial installation;
2. Fiber-to-the-X networks;
3. Underground duct.
Features
1.All dielectric,non-metal strength member;
2.Gel-filled loose tubes are S-Z stranded;
3.High Strength Kevlar yarn member;
4.Up to 288 fibers in ADSS cable;
5.Track -Resistant outer jacket available for the high voltage;
6.Pole-to-pole span lengths up to 1100 feet;
7.Single jacket design decreases the diameter and weight when compared to double jacket ADSS cable; thus reducing pole loading.
